We are a backoffice support office providing services to our international clients. We are currently looking for a right candidate to assist accountancy and related tasks for our US based client.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 Pst - 23:00 Pst. The role itself is temp but has potential to become permanent.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Complete and manage day to day accountancy tasks ensuring daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met. Tasks would include but not limited to bank & cash reconciliations, expense analysis, data entry, audit expenses and other relevant areas.

  • Liaise with the clients directly.
  • Reporting to the manager/Partners about progress and any outstanding issues.
  • Develop and maintain good client relations.
  • Able to learn and willing to move to other tasks when required including covering staff Work from Backoffice, Bookkeeping to Accounts In their absence. The Person
  • Ideally proven bookkeeping/Accounts experience within an Accountancy practice environment.
  • Candidates with understanding of US accountancy and tax system would be preferable.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficiency in English language is a must
  • Self starter who can manage changing priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ideally an accountancy professional qualification such as ACCA/CA Internee (Could also consider Graduates with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Audit/Accountancy
