We are looking for a skilled Technical Administrator with expertise in Hexagon EcoSys to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the EcoSys Enterprise Project Performance platform, which is critical to managing large-scale transit infrastructure projects. You will act as the primary technical contact for system configuration, user management, data integrations, and ongoing platform maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, security profiles, role-based permissions, and access controls within the EcoSys environment to maintain system integrity and security.
- Configure custom attributes, forms, screen layouts, workflows, business rules, and report templates tailored to meet the operational requirements of the organization.
- Oversee and troubleshoot data integrations between EcoSys and third-party systems such as Oracle ERP, Primavera P6, Power BI, and GIS platforms to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to end-users by resolving system bugs, data synchronization issues, and operational queries promptly.
- Coordinate system patches, updates, environment refreshes, and regression testing across development, staging, and production environments to maintain system stability and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture notes and standard operating procedures, to support ongoing administration and training efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in technical administration, configuration, and maintenance of Hexagon EcoSys.
- Strong technical proficiency with a solid understanding of database structures, SQL, and web services/APIs used for integrating EcoSys with other systems.
- Familiarity with capital project delivery workflows, including budgeting, cost management, change control, and forecasting, to align system configuration with project controls needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills and effective communication to collaborate with distributed teams.
