Job Description
We are a small setup of 4 accountants working as freelancers online with USA clients. We need 5 freelancer trainees / Bookkeepers.
Who are comfortable working onsite in Islamabad Ghouri Town, phase 5.
Responsibilities:
- Include but Not limited to the following.
- Recording transactions in Quickbooks
- Recording Invocies, deposits, bills and expenses in quickbooks.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Preparing Financial Statements.
- performing random administrative tasks and is willing to work on different administrative tasks NOT Limited to accounting only.
- Occasional Skype meetings with clients.
Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in Audit firm and knows how to preapre financial statemens in accounting software.
- Prefer candidates who has audit firm experience.
Who are we looking for:
- Tech savy individual who is hardworking, honest, trustworthy, reliable and dependable team players.
- Willing to learn new things and self starter, and self learner.
- Excellent English communications kills, both written and verbal.
- A team player who is looking for a long term relationship, and take additional responsibilities as the business grows.
Compensation:
- There is no basic fixed salary, you will be assigned clients and will be paid a fixed fee for each client after 3 to 4 months training.
- If you are exceptional, you will be paid PKR 10,000 per month for a period of 6 months and then we will revise the terms based on your hard work and clients handling.
- If you are not selected in the screening process but would like to take part in the training sessions, we could still give you an unpaid chance for 3 months, and will revise your terms based on your learning and experience.
- Please include in your covering letter if you are interested to attend the learning sessions.
- There is a potential that you will be paid more PKR. 60,000 within the next 12 to 18 months based on your learning and experience.
