  • An ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality with a bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources.
  • A much-focused person with solid networking skills.
  • Preferably with 3-4 Years of relevant experience in a similar industry or position at a senior level.

Skills:

  • Work directly with HODs Hire a potential team to fulfill the department's requirements. Introduction and training of new hires.
  • Should be able to shortlist potential candidates Conduct an initial interview.
  • Should have experience in hiring technical employees.
  • Should be able to hire candidates from the digital marketing, administration, accounts, and management department.
  • Design, develop and implement specific HR programs, including talent, succession planning, employee mobility, and career development.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions·
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Maintain and update all HR policies and procedures promptly.
  • Oversee the company's Social Media and ensure smooth onboarding of employees.
