Duties:
1: Analyzing incoming footage
2: Immediately using software to start creating the basic timeline structure and making instant creative decisions
3: Delegating tasks to the team of brolls editor, text editor, and animation designer.
4: The entire process for an 8-10 minute video must be completed within 30-40 minutes.
Other Responsibilities:
- As soon as a client requests a revision, the team lead will understand them and then get those done by delegating the tasks to the team members.
- You will also be responsible for the quality of the video products, so a high level of responsibility and attention to detail is essential.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, an expert understanding of English as well as US cultural video content styles.
- Must have a strong creative vision!
A detailed training of the whole process will be given. You will be tested for at least a month before we give you a contract. You will be paid for the first month as well but if the first month goes well, only then you will be given a contract.
Salary: 100K to 150K depending on experience. You will also be given bonuses depending on the performance of your team.
