We are seeking a full-time Editorial Officer to join our team in a hybrid onsite role. In this position, you will transform ideas, information, and briefs into clear, engaging content across various digital channels. Your work will involve writing, editing, researching, and developing content that supports campaigns and brand messaging. From crafting compelling headlines to shaping campaign narratives, you will play a key role in delivering content that resonates with our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and refine content for websites, campaigns, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
- Write scripts, video concepts, hooks, and talking points tailored for influencer and digital campaigns.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, tone consistency, grammar, and overall quality.
- Develop content aligned with briefs, audience insights, brand goals, and channel-specific requirements.
- Conduct research on topics, trends, competitors, and target audiences to enhance content relevance and impact.
- Repurpose existing content into various formats suitable for different platforms.
- Collaborate with SEO, Performance Marketing, Creative, and other teams to meet content needs.
- Maintain editorial calendars, content libraries, and publishing workflows to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize AI tools for research, ideation, editing, and productivity while ensuring content remains original and human-centered.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in writing, editing, or content creation.
- Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to craft natural, engaging, and platform-specific scripts and narratives.
- Good understanding of tone, audience engagement, and storytelling techniques.
- Strong research skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
