We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the connection between Edkasa and its current and potential customers. The agent should be able to communicate professionally with Intermediate students to give them information about Edkasa Online Classes and fee payment procedure.
Requirements
· Excellent spoken Urdu and Punjabi.
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
· Education: Intermediate but Bachelors will be preferred
· Full time position
· Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
