Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing, facilitating and implementing IT operations in NTC.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the IT infrastructure, which covers but is not limited to, networks, systems, application, ICT device management and services in NTC and/or customers (where required)
Plan, provide and optimize IT technology for NTC’s management information system aligning to support/achieve Group's strategic IT objectives
Perform first level support on IT (i.e. IT helpdesk) to users
Support edotco Group IT activities and projects
Liaise with IT vendors and suppliers on IT procurements, purchases and services support. Manage SLA for continuous improvement on process and deliverables
Plan and propose budget for all IT expenditure
Perform application development and maintenance, network management and administration, and system evaluation and implementation for NTC, guided by edotco Group
Prepare IT related reports for NTC and edotco Group
Plan, develop and ensure security and continuous disaster recovery procedures
Ensure backup capabilities and resources to meet organizations service continuity
Ensure implementation and enforcement to IT policies and procedures in NTC

Internal
All employees in NTC on ICT device management, practices, policies and guidelines
Heads of Departments in NTC on NTC’s strategic IT objectives
Corporate Centre in Group's strategic IT objectives
External
IT suppliers and vendors for support and for proposed solutions
Customers for supporting customer’s IT systems (where applicable)
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
At least 7 years’ experience in the information technology industry
3 or more years’ experience as IT Manager/Head in the telecommunications or related industry
Qualification/trained in IT or SI Project management preferred
Experience in managing IT network and systems, hardware and software portfolio
Experience in leading IT projects
Experience in managing outsource partner or vendors.
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge in ITL process and governance
Ability to motivate outsource parties to produce quality services and materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
