Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counsellor based in Bahria Town Phase 4, Civic Center, Rawalpindi.The Student Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting students interested in studying in UK and EU universities, with a strong focus on fully funded scholarships and high-quality academic pathways.
Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one counselling, assessing student profiles, recommending suitable programs and universities, guiding students through admissions requirements, assisting with scholarship applications, and preparing them for visa and enrollment processes. The counsellor will also maintain regular communication with students, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth journey from initial inquiry to final admission.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of UK and EU university admission processes, entry requirements, and academic pathways.
- Experience or knowledge in assisting students with fully funded scholarships, including eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear, confident, and supportive guidance to students and parents.
- Ability to evaluate student profiles and match them with suitable universities and scholarship opportunities.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple student cases efficiently.
- Familiarity with university portals, application systems, and online documentation processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, student-focused environment.
- Experience in the education consultancy sector is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience in student counselling) is a plus.
