Education Counsellor

NEXCO Consultants - Education & Immigration Services is looking for a committed Senior Education Counsellor specializing in Australian education to join their Lahore office on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and consulting services to clients interested in pursuing educational opportunities in Australia. This role requires guiding clients through admissions, career counseling, skilled migration, and visa processes, while maintaining clear communication and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional educational consulting services focused on Australian education pathways.
- Advise clients on admissions procedures, career options, skilled migration, and visa-related matters connected to education.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Maintain consistent and transparent communication throughout the counseling process.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with team members while managing individual responsibilities to meet organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in educational consulting or a related field.
- Strong expertise in educational counseling and client communication.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related discipline.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging between Rs60,000 and Rs70,000.
