Education Program Manager

Efekta is seeking an Education Program Manager based in Karachi, working remotely, to join its dynamic global team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role offers the opportunity to lead major education projects, primarily within the public sector and educational institutions. Efekta delivers AI-powered personalized learning solutions that complement human teaching in schools, universities, and organizations worldwide. As part of the EMEA team, the Program Manager will support large institutions in advancing their strategic goals by enhancing students’ intercultural communication and language skills. This position involves diverse responsibilities, including consulting, project management, data analysis, and implementation, playing a crucial role in the success of projects within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage large-scale learning programs involving thousands of learners, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with current and potential clients to define clear KPIs, success criteria, and deliverables, driving continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to clients on program success to support renewals and account growth, while monitoring learning KPIs and account plans.
- Anticipate and address challenges swiftly with innovative solutions.
- Share best practices with team members to ensure effective design and delivery of language training.
- Offer project management support and strategic advice to Sales teams during tenders and negotiations.
- Travel approximately 30-50% of the time to client locations as required.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the business expands.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in program or project management, ideally within K-12 education or the public sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Urdu and strong English proficiency. Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities with a confident presence.
- Familiarity with technology platforms such as Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, public policy, international relations, economics, or related fields.
