Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students in selecting suitable professions and study destinations based on their goals and potential.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and provide respectful, empathetic support for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues to conduct informative sessions and engage in public speaking to create a positive community impact.
- Participate in ongoing personal development and training programs to enhance advisory skills and progress toward becoming a full Consultant.
- Promote effective communication and empathy while helping clients realize their potential and navigate complex educational choices.
- Deliver public speaking engagements and presentations to educate and inspire prospective students.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional confidence in client interactions.
- Ability to work under measurable targets with accountability.
- Commercial awareness and maturity.
- Demonstrated long-term career ambition.
- Leadership experience through student societies, internships, or entrepreneurial initiatives is an advantage.
