Role Description The Educational Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The consultant will meet with prospective students and families to understand their educational goals, assess academic backgrounds, and recommend suitable institutions and programs.

Daily tasks include providing counseling on admission requirements, application timelines, scholarships, and visa processes, as well as maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, delivering clear information and managing expectations throughout the application journey.

The Educational Consultant will also collaborate with internal team members, participate in outreach activities or information sessions, and stay updated on international education policies and institutional changes. Qualifications

Strong foundation in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to advise on academic pathways and international study options.
Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution-focused advising, and professional presentation of options and outcomes.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear guidance, documentation, and interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and the ability to manage client expectations and build trusting relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Familiarity with international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements for popular study destinations.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling applications and documentation.
Proficiency in basic office software and online communication tools; experience with CRM or student management systems is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a professional, inclusive, and non-discriminatory approach.
