Educational Counsellor

ThinkAbroad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Counselor to support students aspiring to study abroad. In this role, you will guide students through every stage of their international education journey, from initial inquiry to visa application, ensuring they receive accurate and comprehensive advice on courses, universities, and career pathways. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives while working closely with global institutions and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on popular international study destinations and programs.
- Manage the entire student journey, including inquiry handling, application processing, and visa assistance.
- Provide precise and up-to-date information regarding courses, universities, and career options.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM systems and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Represent ThinkAbroad at education fairs, seminars, and partner events to promote services and engage prospective students.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international education counseling or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of student visa processes and application timelines.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
