Educational Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Educational Counsellor to join our team in Lahore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience who are passionate about guiding students through their academic and career choices. The successful candidate will work closely with prospective students and their families to provide accurate information about courses, admissions, eligibility, and scholarships, while helping them make informed decisions about their future. Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on various courses and career pathways to help them align their academic goals with suitable programs.
- Understand the individual needs and aspirations of students to recommend appropriate educational options.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding admissions processes, eligibility criteria, and available scholarships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents to foster trust and open communication.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless student support and service delivery.
- Meet monthly counselling and conversion targets in a performance-driven environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience in counselling, student advising, or customer relations are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
- Strong counselling and presentation abilities to clearly convey information and guide decision-making.
