Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized one-to-one counseling to prospective students, guiding them through study options across Europe, including suitable courses, universities, and pathway programs.
- Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and adherence to timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and European partner institutions to maintain up-to-date and accurate information on programs and admission requirements.
- Conduct information sessions and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress using CRM systems or other digital tools.
- Support students with pre-departure briefings and provide follow-up assistance post-application.
- Participate actively in education fairs, workshops, and seminars to promote UKEC services and engage with prospective students.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide effective educational consulting and guidance on European study pathways and institutions.
- Strong student counseling skills, including the ability to conduct advisory sessions and support students throughout their application journey.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with students, families, and partner institutions.
- Understanding of career counseling principles to help students align their study choices with long-term career goals.
- Solid knowledge of European higher education systems, admission requirements, and study routes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and office software for effective case tracking and communication.
