Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored guidance to students exploring international education opportunities, ensuring their needs and goals are clearly understood. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through attentive and personalized support. Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote awareness about global education options. Collaborate effectively with team members while staying updated on the latest trends and developments in international education. Engage in ongoing professional development through training and learning initiatives to continually enhance skills.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively with students and stakeholders. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients is critical. Candidates should be well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic digital tools are necessary for daily operations.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Prior experience in educational consultancy or student advisory roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of international study programs and application processes will be an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month. Transparent, performance-based bonuses are awarded quarterly and annually to recognize achievements.
