Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students in making critical decisions about their education and career paths, aligning choices with their goals and potential.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and provide empathetic, respectful support throughout their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to conduct informative sessions and engage in public speaking, positively impacting the community.
- Participate in ongoing personal development and training to enhance advisory skills and progress toward becoming a full Consultant.
- Promote values of respect, empathy, and effective communication while helping clients navigate educational options and realize their potential.
- Deliver public presentations and informational sessions to raise awareness and support within the community.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional confidence in client interactions and the ability to maintain accountability under measurable targets.
- Commercial awareness and maturity to understand the education industry and client needs.
- Demonstrated long-term career ambition and commitment to professional growth.
