Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and timely data entry by utilizing data entry software and Microsoft Excel to input, update, and manage company information.

Perform data verification to ensure the correctness and completeness of information before final submission, reducing errors and inconsistencies.

Apply Excel formulas and functions to automate repetitive tasks, generate reports, and analyze data for improved decision-making.

Manage and coordinate a small team of one data entry staff member by providing guidance, training, and support to optimize workflow efficiency.

Ensure consistent use of Google Sheets and related tools for collaborative data management and real-time updates.

Track and report on data entry performance metrics such as typing speed and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement.
