Responsibilities

Lead and manage the repair and maintenance team of six personnel, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and productivity.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to maximize air compressor performance and minimize equipment failures.
Oversee comprehensive fault diagnosis and troubleshooting procedures to accurately identify issues and coordinate timely repairs for industrial air compressors, especially Atlas Copco models.
Plan and conduct regular diagnostic assessments using advanced compressor system diagnostic tools to detect potential problems before they result in system breakdowns.
Ensure all team members are trained and updated on the latest repair techniques, equipment maintenance procedures, and safety regulations related to industrial air compressors.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for compliance and continual improvement purposes.
Evaluate and improve the maintenance workflows, integrating innovative techniques and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and external service providers, particularly Atlas Copco, to secure appropriate parts, training, and technical support.
Monitor departmental budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
Conduct performance reviews for team members, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development plans.
Implement and enforce quality standards and safety protocols in all maintenance operations to protect personnel and equipment.
Manage compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and training certifications, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
