Job Description

  • Handling Inbound Calls, providing product/service information, resolving Complaints and issues.
  • Making Outbound Calls to resolve customer issues
  • Making Outbound Calls to qualify leads and set appointments when needed.
  • Capturing information correctly and making online bookings on behalf of customers.
  • Responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction and high quality service with ensuring First Contact Resolution
  • Gather customer’s concerns/suggestions
  • Ensuring that customer queries should be resolved in the specified Turnaround time (TAT) by following up on requests.
