We are hiring candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive for our US and UK-based Partnered companies to work from our Call center located at Alama Iqbal Town Lahore Office.
Job Role
- Handling Customer and our business Partner Inquiries via Email, Live Chat, and Inbound Calls
- Resolving Customer/Partner Complaints in a specific turnaround time.
- Making following up outbound calls to our affiliate partners and Customers to resolve their issues
- Investigating customer reviews etc.
- Back-office Management and Admin tasks
- Processing Orders Online
- Data Entry and backend admin tasks
- Ensure to provide First Contact resolution in the most effective way
