Responsibilities
- Installation of attendance device and other electronic devices
- Installation of biometric door lock
- Can handle the client in a soft and efficient manner
- Provide support via call and team viewer
- The response to every ticket /email with proper comments
- Resolve the ticket within the given time slot allotted for that customer
- Good knowledge of ZKT machine
Skills (Required)
- Minimum metric or intermediate
- 1 or 2 years’ experience in client support in same domain
- Must be good in maintenance of attendance machines
- Good communication skill
