leading ERP/HCM Solutions providing Software Company is looking for Business Development Executive with following job duties:
- Responsible to generate leads, develop client relationships and offer demos convincing the contact about the product.
- The candidate is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales.
- This individual must be highly motivated, self - starter with an ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via telephone, mass mailing market research, walk into industrial areas, database etc.
- Should be proactive to follow - up with leads.
- Must have Experience and exposure with HCM/ERP software Sales and working with clients / prospects with varying size organizations.
- Should be able to work effectively as an individual as well as contribute towards team efforts.
- 1 - 2 years of experience as Business Development Executive in Software Company
