We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our Takaful products, acquiring new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ethical and consultative selling.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates welcome!).
Salary Range: Starting 35k + commissions & bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Identify potential clients (individuals & businesses).
Product Knowledge & Consultation
- Provide personalized financial solutions based on clients' needs.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through selling practices.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure smooth onboarding of clients with accurate policy documentation.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales team and managers to strategize growth.
- Maintain regular sales reports and client feedback for performance tracking.
