The Executive Officer will also actively participate in delivering corporate health sessions, webinars, and advisory services, and collaborate with healthcare providers like hospitals and laboratories to guarantee efficient service delivery. This is a dynamic position suited for individuals with a degree in MBBS, BDS, or DPharm, possessing 1 to 2 years of clinical or healthcare experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, and a patient-centric approach toward preventive healthcare. Familiarity with digital health platforms and mHealth technologies is essential. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires working collaboratively across multiple disciplines to support clinical developments in mHealth as well as expand and strengthen patient-focused wellbeing programs within the organization.
Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and ensure adherence to medical standards within the Disease Management Program.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for mHealth and wellness clinical queries by offering medical guidance and decision support.
  • Develop, review, and maintain accurate preventive health content, including educational materials such as newsletters, journals, infographics, and awareness campaigns.
  • Conduct and support corporate health initiatives including health sessions, webinars, advisory services, and health camps to promote preventive care.
  • Coordinate effectively with hospitals, laboratories, and telehealth professionals to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to clinical developments and innovations related to mHealth technologies and digital health integration.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen preventive healthcare efforts and foster patient-centric wellbeing.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ensure programs meet clinical quality and safety standards.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor program outcomes and support evidence-based improvements in disease management and wellbeing services.
  • Support expansion of the healthcare network by identifying opportunities for partnerships and enhancing connectivity among healthcare providers.
