- This job exists to ensure group claim requests are appropriately processed and settled in a timely manner, in consultation with senior management.
- To ensure annuity installment payments are sent to clients periodically and to resolve stakeholder queries and concerns.
- To assess and underwrite cases, with complete requirements, through system and send to Claim Committee for approval/rejection.
- To scrutinize group claim requests and take corrective actions such as, but not limited to; request pending documents, communicate illegibility of benefits claimed and/or process the case if requirements are complete.
