1. SENIOR OFFICER - CLIENT SERVICE (COMMUNICATIONS)

This job is responsible for tasks related to communication. This includes, but not confined to

  •  To respond to clients’ feedback, requests and suggestions received through assigned communication medium.
  •  To make non-financial alterations in the policy.
  •  To identify and correct errors in unit allocation, as per supervisor’s instructions.
  • To process refund cheques after proper investigation from the branches.
  •  To validate and approve, through signature, documents under authorized limits such as, but not limited to, Premium Refund Credit Balance, Premium Payment Details, Policy Status Letters and Amended Schedules.
  •  To ensure timely and appropriate response in policies where system generated communication could not take place due to clients’ request/system issues.   

2.SENIOR OFFICER/EXECUTIVE OFFICER -  CLIENT SERVICE(REINSTATEMENT)

This job is responsible for all reinstatement tasks relating to direct sales and bancassurance individual life policies. This includes, but  is not limited to:

    • To under-write policies which are in-active due to late receipt of premium.
    • To process payments received for reinstatement of policies. 
    • To review the case upon receipt of the premium and call for reinstatement requirements according to applicable medical limits.
    • To process mails by reviewing the case and taking appropriate action which can be, but is not confined to, requesting premium payment, requirements or following the underwriting process.
    • To request relevant medical and non-medical requirements through relevant Sales Consultant.
    • To coordinate with relevant employees for alterations in the policy.
    • To attend and resolve the reinstatement related queries from clients and stakeholders.
