Project Manager - Marketing

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and close marketing projects by defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules in line with company objectives.
Establish and maintain project governance structures ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and effective collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Manage a team of four marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to drive project success.
Utilize structured project management tools to track KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall project performance for effective monitoring.
Identify potential risks, delays, dependencies, and execution gaps early; develop and implement strategies to resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate closely with stakeholders to communicate project status, progress updates, and challenges ensuring alignment and transparency.
Support marketing activation and event planning efforts by providing operational support and ensuring seamless execution.
Drive cross-functional campaign execution by integrating inputs from digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience teams.
Produce comprehensive and regular reports on key marketing initiatives, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
Apply strong organizational and time management skills to simultaneously manage multiple marketing projects with competing priorities.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships by facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts effectively.
Champion a proactive and results-driven approach that emphasizes execution excellence, timeliness, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with digital transformation teams to align marketing initiatives with evolving technological advancements and data insights.
