The Senior Officer in Corporate Benefits Operations at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is a key position responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of corporate benefits for our clients. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with knowledge of the insurance process to excel in this role and contribute significantly to our operations.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end operations of corporate benefits programs, ensuring that services meet the needs of clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding corporate benefits, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and CRM software to track, analyze, and report on the performance of corporate benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing management of corporate benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Regularly review processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most effective corporate benefits solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports on corporate benefits operations to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas of improvement.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new staff on corporate benefits processes and systems as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
