Unit Manager | Retail Health Business

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Unit Manager for its Retail Health Business segment. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience, preferably within the Life or Health Insurance industry, demonstrating proven skills in team building, agent recruitment, and achieving business goals. This role involves leading and managing a dynamic team of 20 professionals, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Unit Manager will play a key role in developing business strategies and ensuring the operational success of the retail health division. The successful candidate exhibits excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities alongside comprehensive market awareness. They must be capable of motivating their team to meet and exceed targets, fostering an environment that encourages professional development and high performance. This position demands a proactive leader who can adapt to a competitive market while aligning with EFU Life Assurance Ltd.'s vision and values.
Responsibilities

Build, recruit, and manage a strong team of Insurance Sales Agents.
Drive sales and business growth for the Retail Health Business.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Provide regular guidance, support, and sales training to the team.
