Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect for potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to understand their insurance requirements.
- Present and explain insurance products and takaful plans to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and coverage options.
- Customize insurance solutions to meet the specific needs and budget of each client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, but candidates with a strong sales background and customer service skills will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Familiarity with insurance products and takaful concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
