The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in data entry and a strong focus on accuracy to ensure high-quality information management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of 20 data entry personnel, fostering a productive and organized work environment. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 20 data entry specialists, providing guidance and support to optimize team performance.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data entered into the company's systems.
Perform regular audits and quality checks on data to identify and resolve errors.
Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify data required for entry.
Train new team members on data entry procedures and company protocols.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data entry software and tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to report progress, challenges, and improvements.
Manage workload distribution and monitor the productivity of the data entry team.
Implement best practices to increase data entry speed without compromising quality.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues found during data verification processes.
