Responsible for administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties;
- Responsible for all documents and signature process both regular and confidential paperwork.
- Handles day to day operations for CEO Office.
- Keeps board meetings records & assist company secretary in organization annual meetings & general assemblies.
- Handles calendar for Co-Chairman, Board member and CEO.
- Responsible for the main board room & its bookings/usage.
- Liaise with finance on all payments for CEO office & follow up on operations.
- Assist in the organization of the international events.
- Ensure smooth process of the operations.
