Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase brand awareness and recruitment outreach.
Create engaging content including recruitment campaigns, job postings, and employer branding materials to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the companys social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to interactions, and monitoring platform trends to maintain an active online presence.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and recruitment-related events to support hiring goals and company visibility.
Track and analyze the performance of social media activities and marketing campaigns, preparing reports that highlight insights and areas for improvement.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote current vacancies and enhance Eila Solutions reputation as an employer of choice.
Utilize digital marketing tools and graphic design platforms like Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials.
Maintain a well-organized workload by managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
