About The Job:

  • Dealing online with International Customers on Chat and Email
  • Engaging the clients responding to, and solving their queries.
  • Proactively marketing our solutions to e-commerce businesses using the different channels including email, chat and professional social networks
  • Timely follow up and resolving customer complaints.


  • Qualification: O-Levels, A-Levels, Graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written).
  • 1 to 2 yrs experience International Call Center, Inside Sales, Chat units.
  • Technology savvy and strong internet affinity
