Electrical Engineer - Fresh

Communicator's Globe (PVT) LTD. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers recent graduates a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telecom infrastructure, electrical systems, power solutions, and project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Support telecom power projects involving rectifiers, batteries, generators, and UPS systems.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability.
- Assist senior engineers during site surveys and technical inspections.
- Prepare technical reports, checklists, and project documentation accurately and timely.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
- Coordinate effectively with field teams and subcontractors throughout project execution.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. or B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- PEC Registration as a Registered Engineer is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic understanding of electrical power systems, including AC/DC power.
- Familiarity with telecom power components such as UPS, rectifiers, batteries, and generators is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Pakistan as required.
