We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team, responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with troubleshooting electrical equipment and automation systems, ensuring smooth production processes and minimizing downtime. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and contractors to uphold safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, operate, and maintain industrial electrical systems to ensure reliable production.
- Troubleshoot three-phase motors, electrical panels, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), and control circuits efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, HMIs, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and other industrial automation systems.
- Perform electrical installation and commissioning of production machinery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures.
- Identify electrical faults and breakdowns promptly and carry out effective repairs.
- Coordinate with machinery suppliers and technical contractors to facilitate smooth installation and maintenance activities.
- Maintain strict adherence to electrical safety standards and keep accurate maintenance records.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in industrial electrical system installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of three-phase motors, electrical panels, MCCs, and control circuits.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, and industrial automation systems.
- Ability to conduct electrical installation and commissioning of production machinery.
- Skilled in preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and documentation practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs110,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site to manage and maintain electrical systems effectively.
