Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and review electrical systems and components specifically for energy meters and related products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
- Perform electrical calculations and simulations to support product development and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, documentation, and reports to accurately convey design specifications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and research & development to troubleshoot issues, optimize designs, and enhance product performance.
- Support power distribution and power system design activities within the manufacturing environment.
- Assist in testing, verification, and compliance processes to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining processes and product quality.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles, with the ability to apply these in manufacturing and product development contexts.
- Proficiency in electrical design and power systems, including system analysis, modeling, and component integration.
- Experience or familiarity with power distribution systems, especially within metering, industrial, or utility sectors.
- Ability to interpret technical standards, engineering drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Skilled in preparing clear and comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools such as CAD for electrical design and simulation or analysis tools for power systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on-site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
