We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with a strong background in industrial electrical systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in preparing electrical drawings, PLC programming and troubleshooting, as well as industrial electrical installation and maintenance. This role involves executing electrical projects, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing electrical faults, and contributing to the improvement of engineering KPIs. The position requires working on-site and offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a reputable manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings and documentation for projects.
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee industrial electrical installations and carry out routine maintenance tasks.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Execute electrical projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently to maintain continuous production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engineering KPIs and overall operational performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/BSc/BS) from a reputed institute.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within an industrial setting.
- Proven expertise in electrical drawing preparation, PLC programming, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to manage electrical project execution and contribute to engineering performance improvements.
