Electrical Engineer

ACNOSOL is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves leading the design, proposal, and implementation of automation and electrical engineering solutions. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects comply with specifications, relevant standards, company procedures, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires active involvement in project documentation, initial screening, and identifying client needs while coordinating closely with internal teams. A solid understanding of control systems and electrical engineering principles, along with system functionality, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electrical and automation engineering solutions.
- Prepare and review project proposals and documentation to ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements.
- Conduct initial project screenings to assess feasibility and scope.
- Identify and analyze client requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Apply knowledge of control systems and instrumentation to support project objectives.
- Maintain adherence to company procedures and industry standards throughout project phases.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong understanding of industrial standards, instrumentation, and control system principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
