Electrical Engineer (Project-Based)

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team for a comprehensive factory project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed electrical drawings, overseeing installations, and ensuring all electrical systems meet safety and quality standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in both the design and execution phases, with a focus on delivering reliable and compliant electrical infrastructure within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Drafting & Design: Develop detailed and accurate electrical wiring, layout, and schematic drawings for the entire factory project using AutoCAD and other engineering tools. These blueprints will serve as the foundation for all electrical installations.

Installation & Execution: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution units and control panels. Ensure that all components are installed correctly and function as intended.

Core Electrical Engineering: Manage essential electrical engineering tasks such as load calculations, cable sizing, and infrastructure setup to support the factory’s power requirements efficiently.

Safety & Compliance: Guarantee that all electrical installations comply with industry safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.

Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Monitor the quality of electrical work throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain project integrity.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in industrial or factory-based electrical projects is preferred. However, fresh graduates with strong drafting skills and a solid understanding of core electrical concepts are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical drafting is essential. Candidates should have a strong grasp of industrial power systems, wiring standards, and safety protocols.

Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage project execution effectively, and a commitment to meeting deadlines are critical for success in this role.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site at the factory location.
