Electrical & Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Mechanical Technician to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling both electrical and mechanical tasks, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires a technically competent individual who is responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to ensure smooth operations within the workshop environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs on various equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Work independently while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members when necessary to resolve complex technical problems.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an electrical and mechanical technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults in electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of safety standards and practices related to electrical and mechanical work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Additional certifications or technical training in electrical or mechanical fields will be an advantage.
- Candidates who demonstrate a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks will be preferred.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs40,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
- Employment is based on an in-person work arrangement at the designated workshop location.
