Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor – BTD (Contract) for an ongoing project based in Multan. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of relevant experience and possess a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical. This role requires hands-on supervision of electrical installation activities, particularly related to Busbar Trunking Distribution (BTD) systems, ensuring that all work is executed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the installation, jointing, alignment, and termination of BTD / Busbar systems at the project site.
- Interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, layouts, and installation drawings accurately.
- Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Oversee electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, assigning daily work and monitoring progress.
- Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor the availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower to maintain workflow continuity.
- Conduct site inspections and support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities as required.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site level, escalating major concerns to the Project Manager.
- Maintain detailed daily progress reports and installation records for documentation and review.
- Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, quality control, and site safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience with BTD / Busbar Trunking / Busway systems installation and supervision.
- Strong understanding of electrical installation processes and industrial or site work environments.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings effectively.
- Excellent supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage site activities efficiently.
- Willingness to be based in Multan and travel to various project sites as necessary.
