Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor specializing in Busbar Trunking Distribution (BTD) for a contract position based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 7 years of relevant experience and possess a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical. This role involves overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical busbar systems at project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the installation, jointing, alignment, and termination of BTD/Busbar systems at project locations.
- Interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, layouts, and installation schematics accurately.
- Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, contractors, and site teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage electricians, technicians, and subcontractors by assigning daily tasks and monitoring their performance.
- Ensure all installation activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitor the availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower on site to avoid delays.
- Conduct regular inspections and assist with testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site level and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager.
- Maintain detailed daily progress reports and installation records for documentation and review.
- Enforce adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, quality control, and site safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience with BTD, Busbar Trunking, or Busway systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical installations and industrial or site-based electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings effectively.
- Excellent supervision, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore and travel to various project locations as needed.
