Electrical Supervisor

ZRK Group is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Foreman with 15 to 20 years of hands-on experience in medium-voltage (MV) electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and reliability. This role involves supervising field teams, overseeing complex electrical installations, and ensuring that all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of 11 kV/MV panels, switchgear, breakers, busbars, current transformers (CTs), potential transformers (PTs), and protection equipment.
- Lead high-tension (HT) cable laying, jointing, termination, testing, and fault identification activities.
- Plan and oversee shutdown work, switching operations, equipment isolation, and the safe restoration of electrical supply.
- Identify defects, investigate equipment failures, and coordinate corrective actions with engineers, vendors, and maintenance teams.
- Verify workmanship against approved drawings, procedures, and safety requirements, maintaining clear and accurate inspection and maintenance records.
- Guide and mentor technicians to ensure that all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Power or equivalent qualification.
- 15 to 20 years of relevant field experience in MV/HT electrical systems, with extensive work on MV panels and HT cable terminations.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical testing methods, fault diagnosis, protection systems, and shutdown procedures.
- Proven ability to supervise teams effectively and respond promptly to equipment faults and urgent site issues.
