Electrical Testing & Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in testing, inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems within industrial and commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical components and systems, along with the ability to conduct detailed diagnostics and ensure system reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct electrical testing, inspection, and fault diagnosis to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work with HT/LT panels, distribution boards (DBs), PFI panels, and circuit breakers to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
- Perform testing and maintenance on transformers, generators, and cables to maintain system integrity.
- Carry out Insulation Resistance (IR), Earth Resistance, and Power Quality Testing to assess system performance.
- Execute relay testing, manage ATS panels, and maintain protection systems to safeguard electrical infrastructure.
- Utilize thermography techniques and conduct electrical safety audits to detect potential hazards.
- Oversee cable and breaker installation, as well as routine electrical system maintenance.
- Install, test, and maintain earthing systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate documentation of all testing and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Practical experience working with industrial electrical systems.
- Proficient in using electrical testing instruments and troubleshooting electrical faults.
- Ability to conduct site visits and effectively coordinate with technical teams to complete projects.

Job Location and Compensation

This position is based in Lahore and requires in-person attendance at the work site. The monthly salary range for this role is between Rs50,000 and Rs75,000.
