Creative Group of Industries is looking to hire three motivated and technically proficient fresh graduates in Electrical or Electronics Engineering to join their engineering team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting electrical and electronics maintenance, troubleshooting, industrial operations, control systems, and various engineering projects within the manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist in both preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment to ensure operational reliability.
- Monitor industrial electrical systems including motors, control panels, transformers, sensors, and power distribution networks to maintain smooth plant operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults, providing timely support to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
- Support PLCs, automation systems, instrumentation, and control circuits as required by operational needs.
- Participate in PCB testing, electronic circuit troubleshooting, and inspection of electronic components.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to facilitate uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate records of electrical and electronics maintenance activities.
- Contribute to energy conservation efforts, equipment efficiency improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems, electronics, power distribution, control systems, and electrical maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, automation, and electronic circuits is advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to manage technical documentation effectively.
- Capability to work efficiently in a manufacturing and industrial setting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
