Electrician – Residential Maintenance

Sheranwala Developers is seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to join the maintenance team at Sheranwala Heights, a residential building located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, particularly within residential settings. This full-time, onsite position requires a professional who can manage routine electrical tasks efficiently and ensure the safety and functionality of the building’s electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular electrical maintenance and inspections to ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in the building’s infrastructure, including lighting, wiring, and electrical appliances.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies related to electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to support overall building operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Technology or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and repair work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems commonly found in residential buildings.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical problems effectively.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with management and residents as needed.
