Electrician ( Experienced )

We are seeking a skilled Electrician with a valid Wiremen License to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair, along with the ability to read technical diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively. This role requires hands-on experience with various electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, UPS systems, generators, and solar panels. The candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts and perform outdoor fieldwork as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints accurately.
- Conduct general electrical maintenance and inspections of transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and tools.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, wiring, or fixtures promptly.
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and local building regulations.
- Perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Utilize various electrical test equipment effectively.
- Handle and maintain UPS and generator systems.
- Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards during all electrical work.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Matriculation with a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or relevant certification.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in the electrical field.
- Valid Electrical License or Electrical Diploma is mandatory.
- Ownership of a motorcycle for site visits and outdoor fieldwork.
- Proven experience in UPS handling, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
- Skilled in operating and maintaining generators.
- Practical knowledge of three-phase electrical panels, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience working with solar panels, solar inverters, and related electrical systems.
- Willingness to perform outdoor fieldwork and work in rotational shifts as per departmental requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with a valid Wiremen License will be preferred.
- Salary package ranges from PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and technical skills.
- Full-time employment with in-person work location.
